In this webinar, speakers and experts from both the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya and Faculty of Language and Linguistics, Universiti Malaya collaborated on discussing and providing insights on breaking bad news within the clinical context. The one-hour webinar conferred on the many real- life experiences by specialists and consultants, combined with findings from a language- focused research to explore how linguistic insights can enhance approaches to difficult tasks including communicating bad news to patients.
